Booking Terms and Conditions
Check-In Time 5pm - 8pm
Check-Out Time 10am
Check-In is between 5:00pm and 8:00pm. Please contact us by emailing admin@thegrange-brecon.co.uk if you have any special dietry requirements for breakfast and we will do our best to accommodate.
Babies (up to 1 year old) can stay in your room for no additional cost - just bring your own travel cot (or we have a one you can hire).
Damage: Please let us know of any damage immediately so that we can aim to repair as soon as possible. Spillages are more easily rectified as soon as they are dealt with. Any significant damage may result in an additional charge for replacement, repair or specialist cleaning.
Keys: Please return your keys to reception on departure. Loss of keys will result in an additional charge of £20.00 to enable new keys to be cut.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than two weeks before the date of stay, please contact us for a refund of the amount paid less a £5.00 deduction for administration costs.
For shorter notice cancellations within 14 days we will attempt to re-let the room(s). If we are unable to re-let the room(s) we will have to charge for your first night stay per room, all remaining monies will be returned less a £5.00 deduction to cover administrative costs.
