The Grange Bed and Breakfast is close (less than 5 minutes walk) to the town centre and bus stops.

Our private car park is level and a large parking space, close to the house, is available by prior arrangement.

There is level, paved access from the car park to the guests' garden at the back of The Grange. From the garden access to the ground floor of the guest house is by means of one 10cm step. Keys for this door are available on request for 24 hour access.

The front door is approached via three, wide, 20cm stone steps.

The ground floor is level throughout including the breakfast room and one bedroom

The ground floor bedroom has level access and level access to en-suite facilities. The room however has insufficient space to allow easy wheelchair use and some independent mobility is necessary to access the shower and toilet.

Landings and stairways have colour contrast wall decor and are lit 24 hours.

Assistance dogs are welcome in any of our rooms including the breakfast room.

The owners are on site at night and can be contacted in case of emergency.

All rooms have cordless kettles, remote control colour TV's and radio alarm clocks

The grange has hosted groups of guests with learning disabilities and we have a positive approach to special requirements in this area.
